Account Associate – Service & In-Book Sales

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people while identifying opportunities to improve their protection. As an Account Associate with Mike Sawyer State Farm, you’ll manage existing client accounts, handle service needs, and proactively identify in-book sales opportunities that strengthen customer loyalty and agency growth.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll provide full support and paid training to help you obtain the required licenses.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver prompt, professional support.
- Manage policy changes, billing questions, and renewals.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure every client receives outstanding service.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong service mindset with the confidence to discuss coverage and recommend products.
- Organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain with agency support.

Compensación: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
