Mike Sawyer State Farm is seeking an Insurance Account Representative who excels at client care, can manage daily service needs, and engages confidently in in-book sales and retention efforts.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not yet licensed, we’ll provide full support and paid training to help you obtain your licenses.
Role Overview
As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll assist existing customers with their policy needs, billing questions, and renewals while proactively identifying ways to improve their coverage. You’ll help ensure every client feels valued and confident in their insurance decisions—all while contributing to the continued growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle policy changes, billing questions, and coverage updates.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional products or coverage enhancements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A service-minded approach with the confidence to discuss coverage options and recommend solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain with agency support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
