We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused Account Manager who takes pride in delivering excellent service while helping clients stay fully protected. In this role, you’ll manage existing accounts, assist with policy updates, and identify opportunities within our current book of business to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, we provide full support and paid training to help you obtain the required licenses.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll provide exceptional service to our existing clients while identifying opportunities for in-book sales and account growth. You’ll help customers understand their coverage, handle updates and renewals, and ensure every client receives the attention and protection they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about policies and coverage.
- Handle policy updates, renewals, and billing questions with professionalism and care.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Proactively strengthen retention by building relationships and providing timely support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow through on open items.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service mindset with confidence in discussing products and upgrades.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain with agency support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
